Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026.
1. Purpose
This policy says what you may and may not do with Solvecha. It is part of the Terms of Service.
2. Allowed use
- Accessibility tools that help people who cannot solve a captcha.
- Testing and quality checks of websites and apps that you own or may test.
- Security and research work with the permission of the owner of the target system.
- Automation of your own accounts and of public data, where the law and the terms of the target site allow it.
3. Forbidden use
You may not use the service, or let others use it, for any of these:
- Fraud. Phishing, payment fraud, fake reviews, fake orders, ticket or voucher abuse, or any deception for gain.
- Spam. Sending unwanted bulk messages, comments or sign-ups.
- Account takeover. Credential stuffing, password guessing, or using stolen logins or data.
- Unauthorised access. Getting past a protection on a system that you do not own and have no permission to test. This can be a crime in Germany (Sections 202a to 202c of the Criminal Code) and in other countries.
- Mass abuse. Creating accounts in bulk to manipulate a service, votes, rankings or prices.
- Illegal content or aims. Anything that breaks the law, harms minors, or breaks the rights of others.
- Attacks. Denial of service, scanning, or using the service to attack a third party.
- Abuse of our service. Passing the rate limits on purpose, using several accounts to avoid a quota, sharing or reselling a key, or copying our models.
You are responsible for checking that your use is legal and that you have the right to bypass a protection on the target site.
4. What we do with your images
Images and task texts that you send can be stored, looked at and evaluated by us, by our staff and by our service providers. We do this to give you the answer, to find abuse, and to check and improve our recognition models. Images can also be passed to labelling services to get the correct answer for training. The Privacy Policy lists the services, the storage periods and your rights, including the right to object. Do not send images that you may not share, and do not send images that show people.
We do not read your images one by one as a routine. We check technical signals such as unusual volume, we look at samples when we investigate a case of abuse, and we receive reports from third parties.
5. Our rights
If we find or suspect a breach, we may do any of the following, depending on how serious the case is: warn you, limit your quota, block the key, suspend or close the account, and keep or delete the related data as the law requires. For a serious breach we may act at once and without notice. We may pass data to the authorities where the law requires or allows it. We do not owe a refund for the time after a block that you caused by a breach. Rights that the law gives you, such as the right of withdrawal of consumers, stay as they are.
6. Report abuse
If someone uses Solvecha against you or your site, write to [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the time, the target site and, if you have it, the first characters of the API key.
