What you earn, and when

- You upload a PDF invoice with each payout request, up to 5 MB. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Questions, answered plainly
When do I get paid?
A commission is released 30 days after the payment of your customer. This is the refund window. From $20 of released commission you request a payout in the partner dashboard, with your invoice. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
What counts as revenue?
Paid subscriptions and balance top-ups of customers you referred, without VAT and after refunds, for 24 months from the first payment of each customer. Free tier use and plans that we grant do not earn anything.
How does the launch bonus work?
The first 10 approved partners earn 30 % instead of 20 % for the first 12 months of each referred customer, counted from that customer's first payment. After that the rate is 20 % until month 24.
Can I use my own link for myself?
No. A sign-up with the same account, the same mailbox, the same sign-up network or the same PayPal address or Stripe customer as the partner is flagged and earns nothing.
What happens with refunds and chargebacks?
A refund or a chargeback reduces the revenue, so the commission on it is removed. Because of the hold period, most refunds happen before a commission is released. If one arrives later, we deduct it from your next payout.
What about taxes?
You are responsible for your own taxes. We pay a commission only against your invoice. If you charge VAT, show it on the invoice. The partner terms have the details.
How is a customer tied to me?
The partner code travels in the address of the page (?ref=) from your link to the sign-up form. We store nothing in the visitor's browser. The customer is tied to you when the account is created, so the visitor must sign up in the same visit. The tie happens once and you cannot change it. For a later purchase, an integration can send your code in the partner header.
How does the integration header work?
A library or tool can send your code in the X-Solvecha-Partner header, in a partner field of the request body, or as appId or softId in a CapSolver-style createTask. It only counts for a customer who has no partner yet and has not paid yet, so it cannot take over an existing customer. See Partner integrations in the docs.
What are the rules?
No spam, no misleading claims, no search ads on the Solvecha brand name, no paid sign-ups, and you must say that your link is an affiliate link. The partner terms list everything.
