# OpenClaw

> Connect OpenClaw (formerly Clawdbot) to Solvecha with the MCP server, or let its browser use the Solvecha extension to solve reCAPTCHA image challenges.

[OpenClaw](https://docs.openclaw.ai) is a personal AI agent that can browse and use tools. It supports MCP servers and skills.

## Connect the MCP server

Add the server in `openclaw.json`:

```
{
  mcp: {
    servers: {
      solvecha: {
        url: "https://api.solvecha.com/mcp",
        transport: "streamable-http",
        headers: { Authorization: "Bearer ${SOLVECHA_API_KEY}" }
      }
    }
  }
}
```

Set `transport` explicitly. OpenClaw assumes `sse` otherwise. Keep the key in an environment variable. A literal key in `headers` makes `openclaw mcp doctor` warn.

You can add the server from the command line as well. The flags are `--url`, `--transport` and `--header`:

```bash
openclaw mcp add solvecha --url https://api.solvecha.com/mcp --transport streamable-http --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
openclaw mcp doctor --probe
```

Run `openclaw mcp add --help` to see the header syntax of your version. The tools are listed on the [MCP server](https://solvecha.com/docs/mcp-server.md) page.

## Let the browser solve it with the extension

If OpenClaw drives a Chrome that has the [Solvecha extension](https://solvecha.com/docs/browser-extension.md), the extension solves reCAPTCHA image challenges without any tool call. OpenClaw can attach to a browser through a profile with a `cdpUrl`:

```
{
  browser: {
    profiles: {
      solvecha: { cdpUrl: "http://127.0.0.1:9222" }
    }
  }
}
```

Start Chrome with a separate profile folder, a debugging port and the unzipped extension (see [Hermes Agent](https://solvecha.com/docs/hermes-agent.md) for the command), save your key in the extension options, and select this profile.

## Add the skill

OpenClaw loads a skill from a folder with a `SKILL.md`. Put the [Solvecha agent skill](https://solvecha.com/docs/agent-skill.md) in `~/.openclaw/skills/solvecha/SKILL.md` (all agents) or in `skills/solvecha/SKILL.md` of your workspace.
